Join us for a transformative ONLINE 4-week somatic class designed to help you stay connected to yourself in the midst of life’s overwhelm. "Anchored Within" introduces three core somatic practices—Centering, Rowing, and Two-Step—that provide practical tools for managing stress, staying grounded, and aligning your inner values with your outward actions. Through these practices, you’ll learn to calm your nervous system, navigate transitions, and move from stuckness into purposeful action.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Nervous System Regulation: Understand how to work with your body’s natural stress responses to foster calm and clarity.

  • Resilience Through Movement: Learn somatic practices that help you recover from setbacks and build inner resilience.

  • Practical Grounding Techniques: Discover simple tools to stay present and grounded, even in the most stressful situations.

Weekly Breakdown:

  • Week 1: Centering – Becoming Present, Open, and Purposeful
    Learn how to ground yourself using the Centering practice, shifting from the thinking mind to somatic awareness. Explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit and begin understanding how to gather more information from your body.

  • Week 2: Rowing – Moving into Action and Overcoming Stuckness
    Dive into the Rowing practice, focusing on how to move from a state of stillness or overwhelm into action. We’ll explore Polyvagal Theory and somatic shaping, understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and how to work through them.

  • Week 3: Two-Step – Finding a Center During Transition
    The Two-Step practice helps you land and re-center during moments of change or transition. Learn somatic resourcing techniques to find stability within yourself, even during life’s biggest challenges.

  • Week 4: Integrating Values and Spirituality through Somatic Practices
    Return to the Centering practice with a focus on aligning your actions with your core values. Explore how to live in greater alignment and integrity and how these practices support an embodied sense of spirituality.
