Consistency and repetition are key to creating lasting change, so while weekly sessions are ideal, we can adjust to bi-weekly if needed. If you have limited time and resources, we can fast-track your progress, though this may require adjusting expectations.
Our first few sessions will focus on setting clear goals and understanding your unique somatic patterns, paving the way for meaningful growth. We’ll also weave educational components into our sessions to deepen your understanding and application of somatic practices.
We’ll regularly evaluate our progress throughout our work together to ensure you’re finding value and moving toward your desired outcomes.
WHAT SOMATIC ENNEAGRAM COACHING SESSIONS WILL LOOK LIKE
Enneagram Education & Goal Setting
In the first 3-5 sessions, we’ll explore your enneagram type which includes your somatic shape—how your body responds to feeling unsafe, including your triggers and stressors. This exploration will help us set goals based on what matters to you, what you long for, and where you seek transformation. In each session, we’ll revisit your goals to ensure they align with your values and direction.
Somatic Body-process
Many of our sessions will include somatic body processes, as this is where transformative change occurs through a bottom-up, healing-from-within approach. This involves tuning into what your body is feeling in the moment, guiding you to connect more deeply with those sensations and emotions, and allowing you to fully experience them. You will then be encouraged to express what you're feeling, gain insights from your body's wisdom, and explore how to apply these new understandings in your everyday life.
Mind-Body Practices
In the field of Somatic, we say, “You are what you practice,” so we will engage in mind-body practices together, which may include movement for embodied living. These practices will help you bring more awareness, intention, skill, and presence to the overwhelm, stress, and challenges that life brings.
SLIDING SCALE PRICING
I offer a sliding scale of $125 to $200 per session, allowing you to pay based on your ability while also honoring the value of my training and expertise. This approach ensures that our work together respects both your needs and the skills I bring to our sessions.

Type Cohorts are 4-6 weeks in length and comprise cohort members from the same type through a panel discussion.
