I help people move out of chronic stress and spiritual confusion, and back into relationship with their body, their story, and their deeper self.
I’ve spent 15+ years supporting others through emotional and spiritual transformation.
I am trained in somatic coaching, spiritual direction, trauma-informed care, Somatic Experiencing® and the Narrative Enneagram with expertise in anxiety, attachment work, and the somatic enneagram.
My work is grounded, relational, and deeply human.

1. Book 15-Minute Consultation Call
When booking a session, you will be asked to complete an intake form to provide essential information for our meeting. You may also schedule a consultation with me through the Brooklyn MindBody Collective, where the process remains the same.
2. Consultation Call
During our initial call, we’ll have the opportunity to get to know one another and determine if we would like to move forward with an ongoing professional relationship. We will also discuss your preference for meeting online via Zoom or in person in Brooklyn.

After our consultation, we will work together to determine the next steps in your transformation journey and establish a schedule that works for both of us.
